The kraft paper exterior gives you a clean, fully printable surface for your logo and brand colors, while the lightweight bubble wrap interior keeps products cushioned from pickup to doorstep – a cost-effective alternative to shipping boxes for smaller items. A great fit for e-commerce brands shipping cosmetics, apparel and health and beauty products. Note that the bubble interior and kraft exterior need to be separated before recycling.

Built for your brand
The smooth kraft exterior of every printed bubble mailer is ready for your artwork the moment you are. Upload your own design, customize a template or work with a professional designer to make it your own. Digital CMYK printing is used – just keep in mind that white ink is not available, so leave any light areas transparent and the natural mailer color will do the rest. Because the kraft material may dull printed colors, use bold, clean designs with strong color contrast for best results. When you're ready to order, we'll print and ship your custom bubble mailers in 5–7 days.
Custom bubble mailers have a kraft paper exterior with a plastic bubble wrap interior. Paper padded mailers skip the plastic entirely, using honeycomb paper padding instead – a fully recyclable option from the inside out.
Measure your product and add about 1" to 2" on each side for padding and wiggle room. Here's a quick guide:
6.5" x 9" – Small items like perfume, cosmetics or delicate jewelry
8.5" x 11" – Medium items like sunglasses, small electronics or T-shirts
10.5" x 15" – Larger items like hardcover books, boxed skincare sets or sneakers
Upload your artwork, customize a template or work with a professional designer. Separate the kraft paper exterior from the plastic bubble wrap interior. The paper can go in curbside recycling. This may vary depending on the area in which you are using and recycling our products, so we recommend you check in with local resources and recycling programs to confirm.
The plastic bubble wrap interior makes them highly resistant to moisture, so your products stay protected.
The printable area is a little smaller than the overall mailer – here's what to expect when setting up your artwork:
