I've used Vista print various times in the past with success however this experience was a total failure. I ordered personalized items for pregnancy announcement and it was a total flop. I ordered glasses with back and front imprint and they misprinted and omitted the entire rear printing of the order. I also paid for expedited shipping so there was not enough time to reorder. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED. However as I said, I've used in the past and had great results but this was a total bust.
