Most of them were great, which is why I gave a four star, but about twenty five of them had the logo smeared/worn off. This was not good quality. I would think that the company would inspect them to ensure they are good before sending them out. Four stars for the ones that were good, but I would have given a one star for those ones with the bad logos.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for your honest feedback. We are glad to hear that the majority of your Stadium Cups met your expectations, but we are truly sorry that about 25 of them arrived with smeared or worn-off logos.
We want to make this right for you. Could you please respond to this email and share a few images of the affected cups showing the logo issues? Once we can review the images with our production team, we will be more than willing to work on an appropriate resolution—whether that is a partial refund or a replacement for the damaged items—to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. We look forward to hearing from you.
