Bad image transfer

I would not recommend the heat transfer image. I’ve counted roughly 6 of my 36 mugs did not receive a full image transfer and my nail can scrape off the image. This option should be removed from their company. BUT I LOVE Vista Print and will continue to order from them. They gave me a FULL REFUND after they viewed images I sent. I’ve never had issues with my orders until now and I’ve ordered custom mugs, wine glasses, champagne glasses, and stickers. I’ll continue to order but will choose engraved.

United StatesThe quality is awful, the stickers were already peeling when we opened the boxes. YES, I said stickers. Upon first had wash, they completely peeled off. Now we have 36 plain black mugs.
