Logo mockup is misleading

Water bottle is great. Be aware that your logo will be printed 1. 5 x 2 inches. I missed it when I was setting it up. The mockup with show a considerably larger image. The image that is printed is tiny. The mockup you see and approve is incredibly misleading.

The mockup is meant to give a general visual reference. For our items, we recommend closely reviewing the product specs, noting the placeholder sizes and using the design guides provided to better visualize scale. We received our order rather fast and the quality of the product is very nice but I am unhappy with the printing. The sample that I designed looks so much better with a good representation of our logo. The actual product does not look anywhere near what was design in terms of size. . I felt mislead and don't think I will order any promotional products from Vista Print as a result. Pictures below of the what was designed in Vista Print vs what I got. . . . . . .
