Logo mockup is misleading

While we’re glad you were happy with the water bottle itself, we completely understand how frustrating it is when the printed logo appears much smaller than it looked in the preview. The mockup is meant to give a general visual reference. For our items, we recommend closely reviewing the product specs, noting the placeholder sizes and using the design guides provided to better visualize scale. We’re glad to see that our care team has since been in touch and provided guidance. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue working to improve the design experience.
