The proof and final product did not look the same. I asked for a reprint and the second batch sent looked exactly like the first. I'm surprised it was sent out as it because the proof was on the box and what was inside didn't look anything like the proof. I'm giving two stars because customer service was easy to work with but it's disappointing that the issues was not fixed.

This opportunity to print up personalized mints for conferences, kids, and Halloween is a welcome reminder for our cause. If it were a little cheaper, and/or just a little more print space, I would give it the highest rating. But still, it is great to have a handy give-away to subtly reenforce our brand for almost any situation. The picture and print came out clearly!
