Much smaller than proof
Jan 30, 2026 | William S. | United States
United StatesThe text is much smaller than the proof, you need a magnifier to read the text, the logo lines of the image seem to be missing. These are not usable for us.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We’re very sorry to hear that your order did not meet your expectations. We understand that the text appears smaller than the proof and that the logo lines are not showing as expected. We see that one of our VistaPrint representatives has already assisted you with this concern. If there’s anything else we can help with, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
