The lip balm outside in gold is very shiny. Choose black because we thought it would stand out on the gold version. The proof looked fine, but you could barely see the black logo print on the top of the balm as it was washed out by the shiny outside.

The text is much smaller than the proof, you need a magnifier to read the text, the logo lines of the image seem to be missing. These are not usable for us.

We have ordered 100's of these as giveaways at conferences and for clients. Everyone LOVES them. While the logo may be a bit more subtle, they look like a premium product and the lip balm itself is wonderful.

There are two things I’m not happy about with this product. Firstly, the text imprint isn’t nearly as dark, bold or as large as it appears online. I feel like our company name really stood out in the online proof that I approved compared to what I received. Secondly, the text began rubbing off right away. It was being gently handled, put in my soft material sweater pocket, and was clearly rubbing away in less than 24 hours. Our company name was barely as prominent as it appears online, then to top it off, the writing/text imprint rubs off with gentle handling. I’d recommend looking for something else if you’re using this as a promotional product.
