For this order, the uploaded artwork did not fully utilize the available design boundary. When artwork is placed inside the template with extra surrounding space rather than expanded to the edges, the printed result scales down significantly. By expanding the artwork size to reach the safety margins of the printable area, there is a noticeable increase in size and legibility compared to the original file. While our online preview tool provides a general representation of placement, fine details and smaller graphics require maximum scaling within such a tight imprint space.
