The product itself is good quality and is so cute with it's happy face. It just makes you smile looking at it. Unfortunately the printing is not so great. Many had 'crackle' looking print, smudged print, uneven print & even some with no print at all. VP did handle this issue promptly, however, it was not by reissuing the order as they said they could not guarantee the issues would not happen again due to the way it prints. I appreciate the honesty, it was just a shame because the product is great for marketing.
