Loved the happy dude concept but very disappointed that the QR code printed on the happy dude could not be scanned. The purpose was to promote our non-profit and provide a way to visit our website via the QR code.

To better understand the concern, we tried scanning the QR code directly from the image used on your design screen, and it did not work. This leads us to believe that the QR code image itself may not have been properly linked to a valid URL before the order was placed. Therefore, the printed version unfortunately mirrors the same issue.
