In reviewing the account, we are seeing that the logo was on the product however some elements of it is white and so would not have been visible. To better assist with this issue, please reply with photos showing what was printed on the pens received.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the final product. The company logo itself was correct, but the edges outside of the artwork were not properly finished, which made the pens look unprofessional.
I contacted customer service to report the issue and was sent a replacement order, but unfortunately, the new pens arrived with the exact same problem. This indicates that the quality control issue was not addressed.
I ordered these pens to represent my business, TaxNova, and I expected a professional result. Unfortunately, I cannot use them because they do not reflect the professional image I want my company to have.
