Really wanted these to work

Really wanted these to work out but received them and the majority had the logo all scratched off. Doesn't seem to hold up well. I give a 3 because vista was responsive to refund or replace due to issue.

Great but logo is too small

I haven’t used them for any storage yet. But am happy with the visual and the quality it seems to be. My only complaint, and I would DEFINITELY change if I ordered again, is the size of the logo. Way too small. And when I created it online, I made it as big as it would let me so I thought it would be good. But WAY too small

Not great product for marketing - but the customer service was very good.

I initially ordered these personalized USB drives and was pleased that they arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately, the print quality was disappointing. The logo appeared faded and uneven, almost like a dried-out stamp. I reached out to customer service, and they were very responsive and helpful. They arranged for a replacement order and assured me the first batch was likely a one-off issue. I appreciated their support and was hopeful, especially since other products I've ordered from VistaPrint have been excellent. However, the replacement usb's just arrived, and the quality is nearly identical to the first batch. While I’m grateful for the effort to make things right, this particular product just doesn’t meet our expectations. We won’t be reordering this item, though we’ll continue to use VistaPrint for other needs.

Perfect for what we needed
