I could not wait to receive my name tag. I am a part time substitute teacher and, its use would help the children remember my name in school classroom when subbing. But to my surprise, the pin was damaged. Meaning, I was unable to unfastened the pin on the back of the name tag. It would not separate in order to pin to my blazer. I struggled for 3 hours determined to use it once the pin unfastened. It did not. I later asked my husband to give it a try, but he could not get the pin too unfastened either. I have used Visited Print for several years and for the most part I have not had any major concerns until now. I realize this name tag may not be their speciality. With disappointment, I will not order another one. And, I would like a refund.
