However, we are sincerely sorry to learn that the letter opener did not meet your expectations, especially since the logo is difficult to read and the QR code is not working. We would like to advise that the printing technology utilized for our Letter Opener is pad printing, which is specifically designed to use only one solid color for the entire design layout. Additionally, the printable area for this item is very limited, measuring just 1.12" x 1.87". Because of this highly restricted design space, uploading full company details or complex elements rather than a clean, simplified logo is not recommended—particularly for an element like a QR code, which requires specific size and clarity to function. Due to the small dimensions and single-color limitation, the QR code was already too small and complex to be scannable on the online design preview before ordering. For future orders, we highly recommend double-checking the specific printing technology being used, as well as the design space dimensions on the product page, to ensure your artwork is optimized and expectations are set properly before purchasing.
