The item itself is very nice. However, the printing was a bit disappointing. As the person giving away, it is very noticeable. The printing was center well but the ink creep in letters and the crispness as I see it is lacking. Not a game changer but somewhat disappointing for a paid for product.

Great product, but many pens malfunctioned

The notebook itself is great, but many of the pens did not work; the push button on top couldn't move. Was also surprised that the pens didn't come attached to the notebook and that we had to put them in ourselves.

Its a good notebook could be better.

It is not flimsy or a bad quality book but the design we put on it is not good at all. Maybe it was a printer problem but it just didn't turn out how I sent it to them.
