I was informed that my notebook order would be delayed because it had to be reprinted due to a machine issue. Unfortunately, when the product arrived, the quality did not reflect the level of craftsmanship I have typically experienced with VistaPrint. Although this experience will not prevent me from using their services in the future, I will likely look elsewhere for customized notebook orders.
