Vista Print is a Great Company but this is a bad pencil

United StatesThe pencil lead broke every few strokes. This was embarrassing as I had given them to the reunion group to complete their contact information. Vista Print gave me full a refund.

love how it looks but, the lead seems to break off super easy
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the Good Value® Cliff Mechanical Pencil.
We’re glad to hear that you like the look and design of the product. However, we’re sorry to learn about your experience with the lead breaking easily. This is certainly not the quality we aim to deliver.
Mechanical pencil performance can sometimes be affected by lead grade, pressure applied while writing, or alignment within the barrel. That said, your comments are very helpful, and we will make sure this is shared with our product team for further review.
We appreciate your honest feedback and the opportunity to improve.
