Be clear exactly what font you want before ordering

I didn't pay much attention to the size and color of the font I chose when designing the pencil (since the last pencil I ordered was no longer in stock). I messed up and got a too large font and colors that didn't match our logo. Lesson learned
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for your review submission. We are sorry to hear that the font size and color you chose for the pencils were not as expected. However, despite these issues, we hope you'll be able to use them just the same. When placing your next order, feel free to contact us directly for assistance if needed.
Stick with white bg

Pencils are great, text and logo looks good. Only problem I had was when I tried to use a black background the printing rubbed off very easily, but after switching to a white bg with some text and an image (instead of a full color wrap), it looks great.
Great Product!

We ordered custom pencils with our business logo, and they turned out even better than expected. The printing is sharp and professional, the pencils are high quality, and the logo looks great. The ordering process was smooth, and the finished product arrived exactly as described. We are completely satisfied with the purchase and would not hesitate to order again. Highly recommended for any business looking for a professional and affordable promotional item.
