The pen is great to use, however, the outcome of our logo/business design print on the pen compared to the “preview” does not match at all. The logo/design stood out in white print in the preview and could be well visualized, however, on the actual product it is barely noticeable and difficult to see. Somewhat frustrating that there was such a discrepancy.

The soft-touch stylus ballpoint pen turned out gorgeous. Looks very expensive, the color and feel are fantastic and the customization process was seamless. Only reason it is getting 4 stars is due to multiple pens "skipping" or not giving ink altogether.
