Texts not very clear compared to sample on website

The pen is very beautiful. BUT I could barely read my company’s name. Clients will not even notice the company name. Can you reprint it?

I used to be a hospital case manager (one of the most highly bothered profession by marketers!) Then I switched teams and have been on the marketing side. Everyone always asked. . . what do case managers want? I would tell them, the best pens possible, chocolate and then to be left alone! The pen is great to use, however, the outcome of our logo/business design print on the pen compared to the “preview” does not match at all. The logo/design stood out in white print in the preview and could be well visualized, however, on the actual product it is barely noticeable and difficult to see. Somewhat frustrating that there was such a discrepancy.
