However, we are very sorry to hear that some of the pens have a defect where they don't click properly and sometimes stick. We understand that you need every pen you give to a client to work flawlessly. We'd like to make this right for you. Could you please share the number of affected pens and also share images showing the clicking mechanism concerns? Once we have this information, we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or credit for the defective pens.
