1st time ordering pens from this company. I have always been satisfied and very happy with Vista Print for many years. Prices are reasonable and service is great. However, in this 1st order of pens every 3rd or 4th pen I use does not work! It is a bit embarrassing when these are for promotional purposes. Hopefully, the 2nd box will be better. If not, I will have to find another pen company because I just stopped using pens Inc. because of faulty product.
