Pen quality is great but the print is terrible. The Logo is barely visible and so tiny, you cannot even see it. Looked completely different in the proof prior to order.

Thank you for your review. We are truly sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Epiphany pen. We understand your frustration and would like to reassure you that this isn't normal. Furthermore, we have gone ahead to increase the size of the logo to take up the printable area and process a free replacement order to arrive soon. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you can track the status of the replacement by going to your Order History under My Account. In the future, we recommend using the printable area in the edit studio as your sizing guide. The logo was uploaded to the pen, however, it wasn't resized to fit the area. Also, we recommend clicking on the "Preview" option in the edit studio to download a proof of what the design will look like when printed. This proof should be viewed at 100%. We hope this helps.
