I am extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with my order. The pens I received have a misprinted logo and the phone number is cut off, making them completely unusable for business purposes.
This was supposed to be professional promotional material, and the quality control was clearly lacking. I trusted Vista Printing to deliver accurate branding, but the final product does not match what was approved.
This mistake represents a loss of money and time for my business. I do not recommend this service unless quality and attention to detail are significantly improved.
