I love the style, the look and how the pen writes. I love that it has a stylus at the end. Our emblem came out great, but the business name came out too small. When the final product was reviewed, it seemed that the business name would be in larger print and not as small as it was on the pens when they arrived. That is why I’m giving this a four. Otherwise, I love the quality of the pen.

Promotional items for retreat. First print did not come out clear; when I reached out to customer service, they immediately responded and got a new batch into production. Second print arrived on time for event. Customer Service assured that concern was forwarded on to QA. These pens have a great feel — especially for the price. I would buy them again, but I do wish black ink had been an option.
