Promotional items for retreat. First print did not come out clear; when I reached out to customer service, they immediately responded and got a new batch into production. Second print arrived on time for event. Customer Service assured that concern was forwarded on to QA. These pens have a great feel — especially for the price. I would buy them again, but I do wish black ink had been an option.

Not a good pen to display a logo on.

Pen is nice but the logo is so small that it isn't legible.
