Used to be really good. Now changed and not good

United StatesI had ordered these pens several times with my business name printed on them. It was extremely good quality, raised lettering. I was 100% completely satisfied with these pens and received several compliments on them.
Now, Vista Print has apparently changed their printing process and the logo printing is pitiful. Not anywhere close to the quality printing it once was. It looks grainy now.
And to top it off, the cost went up. So costs up and quality down.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We're sorry to hear that you were not happy with the print on the pens ordered and can understand your disappointment. We'll be happy to see how best we can help to get this matter resolved if you would reply with photos showing how the print turned out on the product.
I would buy again!
