The logo came out very small. It looked much bigger on the screen. Live and learn.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the logo on the pens turned out to be too small. Our system is automated, so items are printed as submitted. We love it when our customers are happy with their shopping experience, so we'd love to help. We've made the necessary changes and have placed a free reorder for another set of pens. Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. We truly value and appreciate your business.

Pleasantly suprised by how 'nice' the pen is. Writes well and grips even better. Just the right thickness

Pen Review

The pens looked good. Just had several that leaked ink all over. So there was ink all over the bag they came in and other pens.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you liked the look of the pens, but we are truly sorry that several of them leaked ink during transit and caused a mess inside the package.
We want to make this right for you. Could you please reply directly to this email with a few photos of the affected items and let us know the exact number of pens that leaked? Once we receive your reply and details, we will immediately look into this to get a resolution sorted out for you.
