Upon checking your order, we can see that you stretched your logo past the limited design space of 0.5" x 1.5". Because the artwork went beyond these set boundaries, the final print came out cut off. This placement restriction was fully visible on the digital design preview screen, which means that you received exactly what you set up during the design process and then submitted for order. Submitting an order for print indicates an approval of the digital preview and the final design setup. For future orders, we highly recommend carefully checking the digital preview screen to ensure all elements fit entirely within the designated boundaries so the final print meets your expectations.
