My logo was very small and the barrel of the pen is very thin and skinny.

The product details and specification shown on the website are size 5" L and 0.3" in diameter, with a small placeholder of 1" x 0.3"; designs are limited to the small placeholder size. It pleases us to see that Customer Service has since provided a favorable resolution.
Preview gives wrong impression

We ordered a hundred of these with a custom company logo and the preview looked great. We just received these pens and the printed logo and company name are so small that you can barely make them out. Total waste of our advertising money.

We are encouraging our customers to bear in mind that the placeholder for printing on pens is small; 1" x 0.53" for this product.
