Thank you for your review. We completely understand how frustrating it is to receive an item that you can't use as intended, especially when it comes to the usability of a sticky note. Our design platform gives customers complete creative freedom to customize the entire sticky note template, which means it will print exactly as it appears in your final layout. To avoid surprises like this in the future, we always recommend using the preview tool before submitting your order to see exactly how your final product will look. For a highly functional sticky note, we suggest either resizing and moving your logo to a corner location so you have plenty of blank space to write on, or manually fading the logo before upload or use the opacity in our design studio to create a subtle watermark effect. In the meantime, you can still utilize your current sticky notes by writing above and below the printed logo area. We want you to have a product that works perfectly for your daily needs.
