However I called customer service to figure out what happened , the representative was amazing , patient, kind and very helpful. I did get reordered , and I received my order. I am pleased with my item and all of my other items. My QR codes work just fine ! It’s a 10/10 purchase ! I had it in enough time to actually use it so that was even better. I love vista print ! . Will always use them.
