Design not printed on the material...how the heck???

Ordered two sign inserts. They showed up earlier than expected, however only 1 was actually printed on the material (which looked good) and the 2nd sign was just blank white material missing the print design entirely. Quite amazing how something like this can pass quality controls and be shipped to a customer. Starting to think there are no quality controls at Vista Print because it seems like every order i make with them has something wrong with it. Customer service is the only reason why I am giving two stars. They were apologetic and offered to resend the missing sign asap at no cost which is nice, but this kind of thing should never happen. Luckily I wasn't on a tight timeline for needing these inserts.
