Overall great but the color matching between the background color and the images is slightly off. It’s noticeable close-up which is frustrating, and wasn’t visible in the previews available on your website. How do you get an exact match for a background color?

We're sorry to hear that you were not happy with the overall quality of the print on the flag ordered. Normally to ensure that the background color is the same as the image uploaded, we recommend copying the image and cropping a section of the color on the image to use it as the background, or uploading another image with just background color.

I love this company! I've been ordering from them for at least a decade and have been satisfied every time. The order came earlier than they originally told me. At one point they emailed me that my flag was going to be delivered the next day, when I reviewed the order I realized I had not changed the old delivery address so I called them right away they couldn't stop it but changed the address for rest of the order and included a new flag.
