Issue with Printing Quality on Last Order

I received my last order and unfortunately it has serious printing defects. The logo is extremely blurred, which makes the product unusable.
I kindly ask for either a refund or a replacement to be sent without these printing issues.
Please let me know how we can resolve this as soon as possible.

I had mine custom cut. It looks great. The only thing is I wish the print went all the way to the edges. This created a while outline. Which could work, but I think full color to the edge would make the design stand out more.

We also acknowledge your comment about the white outline and your preference for full color to the edge. You do have the option to change the background color so that the die‑cut edges match the edges of your design. This can be done by selecting the “Background” option in the design studio and then choosing your preferred color or matching it to the one used in your design. We appreciate your input and will continue working to make customization options clearer and easier to use.
