How do you install a real estate rider?

Installing your rider is easy. For [metal sign holders](https://www.vistaprint.com/signs-posters/metal-sign-holders-for-real-estate), simply slide your rider into the frame. For extra-security you can screw it in place. If you’re going with a [colonial post](https://www.vistaprint.com/signs-posters/colonial-posts), it comes with grommets to hang a bottom rider onto the bottom of your [yard sign](https://www.vistaprint.com/signs-posters/real-estate-yard-signs). You can secure it with included clips. For a top rider, just use the clips to attach it to the top of the post – no grommets needed.

Two signs had damage from how they were packaged and all of the signs have an array of colors showing instead of a single color.
