Your package will include all the necessary items for assembly, a printed instruction guide as well as a QR code for a how-to video.
We offer real estate yard signs and top or bottom rider options. You can add grommets to hang your yard sign onto the post (we’ll add them to the top and bottom corners of the panel). If you want a bottom rider, add grommets to the top of the rider so it hangs from the bottom of your sign and use 2 of the included clips to secure. For the top rider option, you’ll use the other 2 included clips to secure to the top of your post – no grommets necessary.
We only offer one size: 66" tall post and 41" long arm. Our posts work with our real estate yard signs and can be adjusted for the different sizes we offer. You can also add an optional rider for the top or bottom of your sign – this is a smaller (in height) add-on that’s great for quick messages or your contact info.
Yes, you absolutely can switch out your signs and riders as often as you’d like.
We recommend using it in grass, but you can also try gravel or sand – just make sure it’s firmly in place. For maximum visibility, place your post where it’s noticeable for pedestrians and drivers.
