Poor Print Qualitly

I ordered these banners for an event and was sadly disappointed and unable to use them. Not only was the banner coming out of it's holder, but the printing job was poor and had random squares and lines going through the background.
VistaPrint did reprint them - and the second batch was just as bad. With all of this hassle, I was unable to have banners for my event.

Based on our checks, some aspects of the design had a low resolution, which likely contributed to the print quality issues. For future orders, we recommend using high-resolution images (300 DPI) throughout your design. You may also request a PDF proof from our editing studio and view it at 100%, this will show the actual print size and resolution before submitting your order. To help with the inconvenience caused, we have taken action on your account to address the issue. A confirmation email will be sent with the details.
