Inserts keep sliding out of tabs

It seems very durable so far and isn't too heavy to carry by myself. However, the inserts slide up and out of the stand anytime I pick up the side and turn it sideways to load it into my car. Since the inserts are foamboard-ish, I'm worried that one of these times they are going to catch on something and crease, which would really detract from how they look. I'd imagine this isn't a problem with the non-Deluxe sign that uses hook-and-look fasteners.
