I cannot believe how badly I’ve been ripped off. Over $300 spent for freaking VELCRO???? It’s not even printed on the sign they are just inserts. Waste of money. It’s not waterproof.

For best results in the future, we recommend that you review the details of the product that you are ordering before submitting. The description will let you know if this product will meet your needs. Furthermore, the Signicade comes with two inserts. The inserts are the area of the sign that you customize. The sign is made of a rust-proof plastic frame. Also, the inserts are made of corrugated plastic, and when inserted into the frame, they are waterproof. Upon further review, we noticed that our support team was contacted, and a resolution was provided for the issue. We trust that was helpful.

Intuitive Product Description Needed

The Signicade A-Frame requires a specific poster, which Vista Print calls an insert to fit inside. Unfortunately, when I first ordered the A-Frame, I ordered a poster with outdoor coating to fit inside of the frame.
When the poster arrived, and it didn't fit properly, I contacted customer service. I mentioned it appeared I also needed an insert. CS didn't specify I would also need to get that insert printed (I assumed the insert was a plastic coating that slid over my existing poster). So now I have a poster that doesn't fit AND a blank insert (black with a line through it).
If you are ordering the Signicade A-Frame, be sure to order the insert/poster rather than a separate poster with outdoor coating as I did. I hope VP will make this option clearer on their site. Printed Signicade insert for A-Frame would suffice.
