The banner we ordered turned out as expected. It arrived in a timely manner and the cloth material seems thick and not see through (we had a white background). We hired the design team beforehand and found that to be extremely helpful too. It is nice how you can go back and do edits with them three times if needed to get it right.

Sadly Vistaprint has failed this time by not providing an accurate template for the step and repeat banner. Be aware that your artwork will be printed on the portion where the poles will be inserted. Because you are forced to approve the artwork not knowing it is out of the logical print area you will likely not receive a refund.

Yes, it is. These banners have a telescopic pole to adjust the height and width for all 3 sizes. The height can be adjusted between 36" and 96" and the width between 48" and 120".

It’s made from 100% polyester that is crease and wrinkle resistant.

Yes, a carrying bag is included for the frame and graphic option only.

Yes you can. Just make sure you machine wash in cold water and line dry only.

The carrying case will include the poles and may be shipped separately from your banner graphic.

The carrying case is 39" L x 9" W x 4" H.

The banner frame weighs 20 lbs., while the polyester fabric weighs 4 lbs. The entire set – frame and fabric – weighs approximately 24 lbs.

We recommend using vector graphics (.ai, .eps or .svg files) for your images – .jpg files may blur when scaled. If you need to upload a .jpg, it should be 150 DPI or higher. And we highly suggest avoiding small text as anything less than 2" may not be legible from a distance.
