Flag Will Not Fly

I ordered a double-sided flag for outdoor use at a business, and although the print quality is excellent, the material is much too heavy to actually function as a flag. We would need straight-line winds to be able to read the logo. I'm disappointed. I'm planning to install another set of grommets so it can be repurposed as an indoor banner, but that was not its intended function. I was willing to pay the higher price tag for the product, as intended, but it's a very expensive banner.
