To help, we’ve taken action on your account to address this issue, and you’ll receive an email shortly with the details. Based on our checks, the uploaded image had a low resolution, which can cause pixelation, especially on larger formats or certain materials. For best results, we recommend using high-resolution images at 300 DPI. For future orders, we also suggest requesting a PDF proof from the Editing Studio and viewing the design at 100% scale before submitting the order. This helps you better assess the final print size and image clarity ahead of production.

Yes. If your wall flag ever becomes soiled and needs to be washed, wash in cold water using a normal cycle. Once the flag is washed, dry it for 10 minutes in the dryer on a low heat setting and then air dry until completely dry. If needed, you can iron your flag with an iron set on the nylon setting.
Our wall flags are designed for outdoor use and will last for a long time in normal weather conditions.
If you choose a flag with grommets, you can hang them from a pole for your storefront, outside your home, at an event or even handheld. Use it anywhere where you think you’ll get the best visibility.
Single-sided flags are more translucent, which lets the flag design (and sunlight) shine through, while our more opaque, double-sided flags offer richer color saturation.
