The design/custom logo was executed quite well, however, the flag poofs apart as is it 2 separate pieces of fabric to account for the fact that it needed to be seen on both sides. I don't see away around that but I wish the 2 pieces were somehow connected to each other so that it doesn't balloon out.

We’re glad to hear that the design and custom logo were executed well. Regarding the flag construction, you’re correct that most double-sided flags are made with two layers of fabric to ensure visibility on both sides. This can sometimes cause the slight “ballooning” effect you noticed when the flag catches the wind.
That said, we understand your preference for a flatter finish, and we’ll make sure your comments are shared with our production team for review and improvement considerations.
