This expensive order/flag, arrived with both sides printed but one side the logo was printed upside down. I expected a printing service to catch something like this before sending it out. Yes, I should have previewed it better I suppose, but who would expect a printing company to make this kind of incompetent mistake? Don't they preview everything as well before sending orders to be completed?
If not, then I would suggest they start doing so as they're supposed to be the professionals.
I'm going to message Vistaprint about this mistake and I hope they're honorable and make me a correctly printed flag to replace this bungled order.

Please note that our system is fully automated and so there is little to no human interaction with an order once it has been placed. In light of this, we normally recommend that the design being ordered is the way you want it to be when printed. We're seeing that you were able to speak with our customer care team in getting the matter addressed.
