The design came out exactly like it was supposed to and the quality of the envelopes are good, but none of them stick or seal like they are supposed to, not even close. The adhesive does not work at all.

Our envelopes are designed with a lick-and-stick adhesive, which requires moisture to activate the seal. We hope this information helps, and we appreciate your feedback.
Colors not matching

I printed a few items with vistaprint for my wedding day stationary. I used the same colors in my files for everything, but somehow, all 5 came back in different shades of beige, so none of them really matched. I thought going with the same vendor would eliminate that issue :( I did get them in a timely manner, though!

Based on our checks, we saw that the color codes are different for the images that were uploaded. This caused the shades to vary. We print in CMYK colors, so we recommend converting your images to this and uploading them again. We are happy to assist you with placing a new order, so feel free to contact us directly.
