Colors did not match on wedding invitations

The invitations were ordered rush and they arrived incorrectly. It took another week to get the corrected invitations. The lady that helped me was extremely helpful and very conscious of the set back and did everything possible to deescalate the situation. I asked her to double check the color on on of the three invitations because it had shown up darker on one than the other. She explained it was because one of glossy and one was premium matte. She verified the color and moved forward.
We finally received the invitations. The colors are off. It’s too late to do anything else but this is what I was left with.

For the best results, we recommend ensuring your artwork uses high-resolution images (at least 300 dpi) and checking colors in CMYK mode, which more accurately represents print colors than RGB. We've emailed you information that speaks to the resolution that has been provided to you. We look forward to assisting with future products of interest.
