Our save the date cards turned out great (minus some inclusions/specks on some of them). We did decide to order all of our envelopes from a different company because the process of ordering envelopes through you was so difficult. Your automated system wouldn't let us input some of the guests addresses because the system said it was wrong when it wasn't. There was also a lack of customization having to pair it with the one matching envelope or completely blank. You also don't allow us to put a comma after the city and before the state on the addressed envelopes. We spent hours on this process which shouldn't have been the case. Customer Service wasn't much help.
