I didn’t like the size of the type and doesn’t look like ink will last long and it was a little confusing with no or small instructions on the installation of new ink .
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We understand how frustrating it is when instructions feel unclear and the text sizing does not match your expectations.
Regarding the ink pad replacement, our stamps include step-by-step graphic instructions directly on the sides of the stamp unit itself. You can also find a helpful video walkthrough showing how to swap out the ink pads directly on the product page on our website: https://www.vistaprint.com/stationery/stamps/self-inking-stamps.
As for the typeface size and ink coverage, we want to look into how your impression turned out. Could you please reply directly to this email with a few clear photos of the stamp impressions on paper? Once our team reviews your images, we will be glad to assist you with the best next steps.
