Doesn't work

I tried it loads and not a single print came out. Bit gutted because I was going to use it for my business. I gave 2 stars because the custom service was good and I received a refund with no problems at all. But the product itself was trash. Feel bad that it's going to be binned now because I don't like wasting things but it's literally unusable.
