I ordered this stamp to speed up "signing" a variety of documents. Customer service was very helpful in sizing the stamp to provide an image that met my needs. The estimated shipping time was initially disappointing, but the stamp actually unexpectedly arrived several days "early", which was a nice surprise. The finished stamp was sized perfectly and produced a perfect, crisp image. Unfortunately, the stamp did deposit a few excess ink "blotches", along with my signature, but a call to customer service resulted in a no-charge replacement being manufactured and shipped. Customer service was stellar and offered the replacement without the need for any "prodding"!

I think the design came out good. It’s just the stamp is faded on certain parts and it’s not just an oddity as all stamping comes out the same almost as if the rubber is not even. Not sure if the quality could come out any better but I would hope it could.
