So I got one of these stamps with the intention that it would make my art market packaging much easier with my branding on tags and bags. Within the first couple of uses, I noticed it had black ink on the paper around my logo. I was so upset. I didn’t have time to order a new one or make a complaint, so I figured out a way to hide the black ink, but it’s a pain in the butt! I had to wrap masking or painters tape around both sides of my stamp to block out the ink that kept showing up. I had to change the tape on my stamp every week or two. And I do 5 months of markets a year, so it was a lot of maintenance to make sure my little stamp “worked. ” Plus the tape would make the stamp stick at times when I’d use it. I was tempted to order a new one now, to see if it would be better, but don’t think it can, because I don’t know what they could do differently. I just wanted to warn others that this could be an issue. And to let Vistaprint know that this was a real sucky experience with this stamp and figure out a way to fix it!!! If it wasn’t for the constant stamp bleed (without the tape on there) it would be a really good little stamp! Very disappointed because I get a lot of stuff from y’all!

It actual whole stamp was way too big and we had to make our own label so we knew what the stamp said. The font was smaller than I expected.

We're sorry to hear that the print on the stamp came smaller than expected and can understand your disappointment. Please note that for proper visibility, the recommended number of lines on the large stamp is 4. With the logo there may be less space and so the information may be smaller. We'll be happy to help with a free replacement as a courtesy if less information is added to the product. Please let us know if you wish to have this done. Also, there is a piece of paper at the top of the stamp that can be removed, and the print applied to it. This will indicate which stamp it is and how it should be held.
