We are truly sorry to hear that the product was changed without your permission; the quality was not as expected, and the delivery took longer than stated. Please rest assured that this experience is not typical of our quality and delivery. Upon further research, we saw that the original matchbox that you ordered was facing some technical issues; as such, it was changed to the matchbook instead. Furthermore, our record shows that an email was sent advising of the delay. Regarding the quality issue, we want to look into that further, so we can make improvements and ask that you kindly respond to this email with photos showing the issue.
