So, these business cards were advertised and labeled as having a “fine grit” to them. This was exactly what I wanted because my business is multi-sensory reading instruction- “feeling” that fine grit on the card would be perfect and why I chose this card. However, the cards are just regular card stock- NO FINE GRIT at all. Very disappointing

Fine grit business cards (also known as sandpaper business cards) are made from thick paper stock, with a synthetic lamination over it. This is what creates the slightly coarse, sand-like texture.

Our fine grit paper is 16pt, somewhat thicker than a typical business card. To give you a frame of reference, each point (pt) is equal to 0.001 of an inch.

Not at all! The cards feel like fine sand, and while they will catch your fingers as you touch them, it’s not rough or abrasive in any way.

No, we can't add special finishes to the fine grit lamination. But this special texture is designed to stand out on its own!
