Lacking crispness

Third time ordering my soft touch cards from here but this time the quality and crispness of the picture was not up to par. I used the same template, only changed some wording and the difference is abismal from my last order last year. It could not have been my template because I was never warned by the system that my picture was low resolution and the proof image was sharp. Still good value for my money. These stack will last me about a year so hopefully next year’s batch will be higher quality crisp images.

Feels like Vista Print Just Doesn’t Really Care

The feel of the cards? Beautiful! The colors and print quality? Top notch. But my design is so far from centered on these cards & it’s centered on my proof. Some cards even have white showing. My father was a printer so I know all about the room for error, but if anyone with any amount of give a darn had looked at these, they wouldn’t have let them go out. I take so much pride in my small business and saved up to get the more premium cards. I was so careful to make sure it was going to be fine with a margin of error in any direction, but in my opinion this was an unacceptable margin to send out to a customer. I don’t think I’ll be trusting Vista Print with my future projects. They just don’t care like I want companies to care & like I care.
