Regarding your feedback about the logo size, we wish to clarify that your current design was maximized to the absolute limit within our 2.17" x 4.72" embroidery placeholder, which is why it could not be made any larger. For a future order, you may wish to revise the layout of your design or adjust its proportions so that it utilizes the available rectangular space more efficiently for a larger outcome.
